FAQS
The questions everyone asks
Straight answers on how the coaching runs, what it asks of you and what happens before you spend anything.
How does online coaching actually work?
+
Your plan lives in a coaching app on your phone. Training sessions, targets and notes land each Monday, you log as you go, and you fill a short check in on Saturday. I read it and reply in writing on Sunday with what's changing and why. Between check ins you can message me.
Do I get direct access to you?
+
Yes — you message me directly, any time, through the coaching app. There's no team, no bot, no queue — it's just me on the other end. I reply within 24 hours, usually the same day. Bad night's sleep, a question mid-session, a knee that flared up, or you're staring at a menu: message me and we sort it there and then.
Do I need a gym?
+
No. I write the program around whatever you have — a full gym, a garage with dumbbells and a bar, or nothing but bodyweight and bands. Tell me what's available on the call and the plan is built to it.
I'm a total beginner. Is this too advanced for me?
+
Beginners are a big part of who I coach. We start with a handful of movements, video demos for each one, and light loads while technique settles. You'll never open the app and not know what to do.
I've got an old injury. Can you still coach me?
+
Usually yes. I program around injuries regularly, using pain ratings each session and progressions that back off when they need to. If you're in an acute stage or not yet cleared, you need a physio or doctor first — I'll say so on the call rather than take you on.
What's the difference between the two tracks?
+
Nutrition only covers your calorie and macro targets, food strategy, habits and the weekly check in. Training + nutrition adds a full training program written for your gym and body, plus weekly form feedback on your videos.
What does it cost?
+
I don't publish prices, because I don't quote before I know which track fits and what your week holds. You get a straight number on the free 20 minute call, with nothing added afterwards.
Is there a minimum commitment?
+
Twelve weeks. Not to lock you in — it's simply the shortest honest window to build a baseline, run a real block and see the trend. Progress judged over four weeks is mostly noise.
How fast will I see results?
+
Sleep, energy and confidence in the gym usually shift in the first two or three weeks. Visible body composition change is normally a 10 to 12 week conversation. Anyone promising more than that is selling you something.
Do I have to count calories forever?
+
No. Tracking is a teaching tool. Most people log properly for a few months, learn what their portions actually are, and then move to a much looser system.
Are there banned foods or meal plans?
+
No banned foods, and no rigid meal plans. We start from how you already eat, set targets that fit your work and family, and build a small library of meals you actually like.
What if I travel, get sick, or my week falls apart?
+
Message me and we adapt. Travel weeks get a cut-down program, sick weeks get pulled back, and busy weeks get shorter sessions. The plan is meant to bend.
What happens on the free 20 minute call?
+
A conversation, not a pitch. Your goal, your training and injury history, what your week looks like, and what's gone wrong before. I'll tell you which track fits, what it costs, and if I'm not the right coach for you I'll say so and point you somewhere better. No card needed.
